The World is Cancelled...Except for Cancer

What a crazy couple of months it has been so far...for everyone. I am sure many of you have felt anxious and stressed with the pandemic and all of it's unknowns, and what things will look like moving forward. Now try and imagine a diagnosis of aggressive lymph node cancer on top of that. Our dear friend Suzanne (Suzy to many!) has been recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma stage 3a, and has already been through a battery of tests and procedures, including surgery. She is now underway with chemotherapy, the first round under her belt! We all want to help anyway we can, which can be more challenging during this quarantine. The biggest goals are to keep Suzy comfortable and healing in her home and to help mitigate the stress in order to fight this battle. The reality is, Suzy is fighting for her life and we need to step up and help out in her serious time of need. She is out of work for the foreseeable future and the cost of living in Vancouver is extraordinary.  Any amount is helpful.
