Help the Eller’s with Bruce’s journey to recovery

My name is Courtney Eller. I am married to the one and only McCoy “Bruce” Eller Jr. As some of you already know, on February 13th, Bruce suffered from a massive hemorrhagic stroke on the left side of his brain. He has been in the neurological sciences intensive care unit of Presbyterian Hospital since then. As a family we are making sacrifices to show our love and support for the man who’s always been there to love and support us. I have not been to work at all because Bruce’s already had a few necessary procedures done. Every procedure comes with certain risks and Bruces had some unforeseen complications with some of these procedures and has another procedure scheduled for this week. Due to these circumstances I have no current income coming in right now and I still need to pay my bills and would like to start helping with Bruce’s medical bills as well. Even though it feels like the world stopped when Bruce had the stroke, the world is continuing to go on whether I like it or not. I can’t access most of Bruce’s accounts to pay his expenses until he is able to communicate with with me better or his legal guardianship has been granted. Doctors are not able to determine what level of recovery to expect in the future but we are trying to take things one day at a time and just make the most of this time we have together. We appreciate anything that anyone can do to help support our family right now because we expect its going to be a long road to his recovery. Thank you for all the prayers and support.
