My name is Andrew, and I'm a film student with a passion for telling stories that matter. My latest project, 'The Wondermop,' is a comedy short film inspired by my sister's spending habits. Watching her navigate a world filled with constant advertisements made me realize how easy it is for anyone to fall into the trap of consumerism. But I also saw that it's not really our fault—everywhere we look, we're encouraged to buy, buy, buy. Through this film, I want to explore the idea that in today's world, the consumer is often the product.

Bringing 'The Wondermop' to life means more to me than just making people laugh. It's about shining a light on the pressures we all face and starting a conversation about how advertising shapes our choices. The funds I raise will go directly toward making this film possible—covering food for my hardworking cast and crew, transportation, the hourly cost of our filming location, and all the little expenses that add up along the way.

This project is especially close to my heart because of my own journey. I lost my dad to a heart attack when I was 18, and my financial situation changed overnight. But I refused to give up on my dream. By saving every cent for nearly five years, I found a way to attend film school and pursue what I love.
