My sister Theresa and her family just lost their home in the Woolsey Fire that has devastated Southern California.
A LITTLE BACKSTORY…
Theresa is one of the hardest working, most resilient people I know. Not only was she like a mother to me after we lost our Mom to cancer, she has always managed to rise above challenges in her life.

In 2015, Theresa fulfilled her dream of moving back to Malibu, our childhood hometown. Along with her husband, Brett and one year old Brett Jr she returned with the hope to build a new life. She completed an intensive Nursing BSN in two years and just six months ago they managed to move into a home to call their own. They just got settled this summer.

Thankfully they are safe and gainfully employed, but all that remains of the house they made a home is ash and brick.
To complicate matters, Theresa is six months pregnant (due March 1) and instead of being able to take time off work and rest her family has to deal with rebuilding their home. It breaks my heart to see them go through this right when they had worked so hard to make this dream a reality.
In order for Brett Jr to return to school at Juan Cabrillo Elementary and a somewhat normal routine, they are hoping to acquire an Airstream to park in Malibu while they rebuild their life.
THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We are hoping to raise 30k to help them acquire a 27’-30’ Airstream Trailer or RV Trailer. Anything and everything helps. While they had insurance and it is going to help tremendously they truly need this additional help to get their life back on track…
