The Wernert's need our help, Brian's suffered a stroke

My name is Kendra Edmonson, and my husband has had the privilege of employing Brian Wernert for many, many years! Brian has been a hardworking plumber for over 25 years and has been a dedicated employee for us since almost the start of the company. The Wernerts are great people with a long-lasting marriage and two wonderful school-aged children. Unfortunately, Brian suffered a life-altering stroke in the early hours of Friday, December 27th, at the young age of only 50. This family has already been dealt a pretty rough hand the past few years as his wife, Veronica, is still healing from a brain tumor she had removed last year. As if that isn't hard enough to endure physically and mentally for the whole family, they were hit financially pretty hard as well. With Veronica not being able to return to a job yet, Brian has been the only one able to provide for their family at this time.

So on top of their piling medical bills from Veronica's life-saving surgery last year, they now have new mounting expenses from Brian's recent stroke, and it's unclear when he will be able to return to work. It's a scary time for the Wernerts, from every angle. This family would do anything for anybody, and we all know times are hard for everyone right now, but for them, it's dire.
