The Well Told Tale

Hi everyone.

Welcome to my GoFundMe page! 

This is to help me launch The Well Told Tale; a new project that I am really excited about. I've been asked many times to do more audio narrations, so that's exactly what I will be doing. 

My new podcast and youtube channel will be all about bringing you classic speculative fiction stories, not just in a small chunk at a time, but long enough for you to really relax into. No adverts in the middle, just the story itself. We'll be starting with two of the most influential and original novels not just in science fiction and fantasy, but anywhere; The War of the Worlds and Frankenstein. And I have got lots more lined up after that.

The money I raise here will go into making The Well Told Tale as good as it can be. I would like to deliver professional level audio quality and editing, and - in the future - new stories as well as classic ones.  That means investing in a better microphone and the services of a professional audio editor. In time it will also mean paying for rights to narrate the best new stories.
