Weinsteins & Neighbors - Hurricane Relief in Asheville

Dear Friends,

Adam has two decades of experience in disaster response, and has been in touch w/David and Helen Weinstein to hear their community's needs, which are extensive. The Weinsteins have years of camping experience, and are equipped w/generators and water filters... As a result, many of their neighbors are coming to them for help. Hurricane Helene has been devastating, local responders are tapped out, and much more is required.

Adam has been in touch with the owners of Mineola Cycle and Holiday Farms. Together, we will be purchasing and delivering items on the Weinsteins' wish list. This list includes (but is not limited to): portable generators, radio headsets and chargers, chain saws and gas to power them, dawn dish soap, chaps and helmets, Berkey water filters (and all the products that go with them), green camping propane canisters, first aid, feminine hygiene, toilet paper and towels.

Any funds raised above the initial goal will go to All Hands & Hearts, which is already providing disaster relief in Florida.
