My daughter, Phoebe Fyffe suffered a horrendous tragedy late on the evening of January 14th. She escaped her apartment with her phone, her laptop and the clothes on her back.
A violent and deranged upstairs tenant set her apartment complex on fire after hours of a gun wielding stand-off with Kansas City Police and then the Kansas City SWAT Team. The SWAT Team was unable to talk the man down and he set the apartment on fire, killing himself.
Phoebe lost all of her possessions in the fire. And tragically her beloved orange tabby Neko perished in the fire. We as a family are ruined and as her dad I decided to share her story and to allow people to assist how they can. Let's help Phoebe get back on her feet. We love you Phoebe Fyffe. <3
