The Vegan Yacht brick and mortar coming soon!
Donation protected
The Vegan Yacht began in May 2010 with just 3 days to plan and a $300 loan. We had a vision to serve our community of Austin organic vegan food made with love and 10 years later our vision still remains strong!
We've been given the opportunity to move from our food trailer to a brick and mortar located in the same parking lot where we are currently located. This is really exciting news for us but we will need your help to get started.
We will be able to expand our menu for you in ways that we never thought possible (baked goods, soft serve, a wide assortment of drinks and of course new burritos!) and expand our hours of operation as well as add a few employees to our Vegan Yacht family. We will have indoor seating AND an outdoor patio!
Your donations will help us buy essential equipment needed to function in our new space and fixing the space up (making it look super cute inside and out, including an outdoor mural). We will need a couple new commercial fridges, a larger prep station (for more burritos!), a larger steam table, a commercial stove/ oven and also a walk in cooler.
The City of Austin has given us a green light and we have the opportunity to move in this August so we will need the funds as quick as possible to get the equipment in and the space ready to go hopefully by September 1st! We are ever so grateful for your on going support and couldn't do any of this without you!
