The VanVeghten Family Fire Relief Fund

On the morning of June 7, the VanVeghten family tragically lost their home and all their belongings to a fire. The family made it out safely, but will need the support of the Schuylerville community as they begin to build back all they have lost. The VanVeghtens are an active family in our school and community. Emily can often be found at our school as a substitute, knitting whenever and wherever she has a moment (many times in yarn of black & orange), or cheering on her children at their many sporting events. Ben (14), Mia (12), and Lucy (8) are participants in a large variety of sports and extracurricular activities. Not only are all three children committed participants in their many activities, they are team players that are respectful and exemplify true sportsmanship. In the spirit of the VanVeghten family's commitment to our community and unwavering sportsmanship, we are asking our Schuylerville "team" to come together to support this family. Funds raised will be used to purchase essential items for daily living.
