My name is Brad Smith and I'm trying to do something for a very good friend of mine, Vlad, and I'm hoping you can help.

Vlad was involved in a tragic accident, and by the grace of God, survived. Unfortunately, while being pinned under the tractor, Vlad sustained life-threatening injuries and completely lost his right eye.

He has endured infections and setbacks but continues to have a positive attitude as he handles the daily challenges of not having full sight. 

After multiple surgeries and only limited success, Vlad is finally eligible to have a prosthetic eye implanted. 

The eye implant will allow him to have the appearance of a functioning eye, and allow him to live a more normal life around others. 

No one should have to endure the hardship of losing sight, and I can only imagine the difficulty of being permanently disfigured. 

This fund is being established to help offset the cost of the prosthetic eye and show Vlad he is not alone in his battle.
