The Valiant Vonn Fund

Vonn is a sweet, loving 4 year old boy. He was diagnosed with Asthma at just 16 months old. On Saturday (11/7)night Vonn started having trouble breathing. Sunday(11/8) he was admitted to the hospital and quickly relocated to a PICU in Alexandria Louisiana. His dad was in the field working  on a military training exercise when he got the call and dropped everything to come be by his child's side. Vonn was struggling to keep his CO2 levels normal. His levels were way over normal so they decided to intubate him.  Since being intubated they found pneumonia to be present in both of his lungs and doctors have been struggling to keep his CO2 and O2 levels stable. Vonn's mother, father and sister have been living out of hotels in order to be close to his hospital. They have been eating out every meal as well. All funds raised will go to relieving hotel bills, food costs, and any other needs they have. 

Currently the doctors are looking closely at Vonns oxygen levels as they are unable to get them up above 92-93. They started putting nitrate in the ventilator in hopes this will help . This is the last step before this hospital is out of resources and they look into relocating Vonn to The Children's Hospital in New Orleans .
