The Vaccination Station is incorporating & needs your help

Hi, my name is Dave, and I run The Vaccination Station (TVS) a registered Australian non-profit that promotes vaccines, public health, and critical thinking. I have taken this project as far as I can, and I need your help to reach the next stage.

TVS was established in August 2019, and has been self-funded from its inception. I have no sponsor, receive no government support, and do not monetise my website, podcast, or Facebook page.

Over the last 6 years, I have created >1,000 memes and infographics for public use, and interviewed dozens of scientists, doctors, and parents on my podcast.

However, under its current business model (an unincorporated association) TVS is unsustainable. I cannot afford to fund it from my own pocket indefinitely, and must either scale it down significantly (e.g. closing the website) or change the business model.

My best option is incorporation. This will enable TVS to apply for government grants, and donations from philanthropic groups.

TVS will also qualify for tax deductions on the organisation's monthly expenses, and become a legal entity separate from myself, with its own bank account, constitution, and (unpaid) management committee.

Incorporation brings a number of upfront costs, which I cannot entirely cover myself. These include government fees (~$400), some accounting, some essential office equipment, and a long overdue upgrade of the second-hand PC hardware I rely on to produce my content.
