The unexpected passing of Makenna Penney

Hello, my name is Tammy Kennedy and I am the grandmother of Makenna. I have set up this GoFundMe for my daughter Mickell Penney and my son in law Darrell Penney. My reason is that they need time away from work so they can be there for their 2 younger children. Walking through grief as a family is so important. 

The donations are going to be deposited into my account and then I will send the funds directly to my daughter’s account. We can’t say thank you for your huge hearts and all the support. Hug your children tonight a little longer. 

Makenna Alexandra Penney's life was abruptly cut short on the evening of May 4th at the tender age of 15 in a tragic car accident. The family is absolutely devastated by this unexpected loss and with it unfortunately brings an unexpected cost of a funeral. We've created this fundraiser to try to cover this cost and help take the financial burden off while the grieve with their 2 surviving children. Anything is appreciated during this difficult time.
