Hi, I’m Eoin.
This summer, I’m putting my body — and my hair — on the line for a cause close to my heart.
I’ll be running 100 kilometers of rugged trail through Whistler, climbing mountains, pushing through pain, and chasing the finish line one step at a time. And when I cross it, I won’t stop there — because I’ll be chopping off my long hair and donating it to Wigs for Kids.
The Wigs for Kids program provides custom-made hairpieces for children who’ve lost their hair due to cancer or other medical conditions. These wigs aren’t just about appearance — they’re about dignity, confidence, and the courage to face each day. The program also helps cover the costs of essential drugs and feeding supplies for children that are not covered by MSP.
I’ve grown this hair for years. It’s been tangled in trees, soaked in sweat, and curled by campfire smoke. Now it’s time for it to do something more: give a kid the chance to feel strong, brave, and themselves again.
Whether you’re a runner, a parent, a cancer survivor, or just someone who believes in the power of kindness — I’m asking you to join me.
Your donation, no matter how big or small, will help cover the cost of creating and fitting these wigs for children who need them most.

Let’s turn every step and every strand into something meaningful.
Thanks so much for your support — and see you at the finish line (with a fresh new look).
