Help The Ullrich family get housed

My partner and I are parents to an incredible and sweet toddler named Leon. Last fall we found out we were expecting a second son, who would have been due on Fourth of July of this year. Unfortunately, our son had medical complications that were incompatible with life, and we had to make the difficult decision to terminate this pregnancy when I was already six months along. Due to all of the missed work for lengthy medical testing, and finally a three day termination procedure in Portland, I lost my job, and a month later we lost our housing. We don’t have any family who is able to offer support during this time, and we have been lucky enough to be able to stay with a member of our zen group while we regroup, and try to get on our feet again in Eugene. Someone close to us recommended starting a go fund me to make first, last and deposit on a rental. We are hoping to find a 1-2 bedroom apartment, duplex, cottage or house for under 1700/month which is our budget. Any help will go towards first, last, and deposit as well as utilities for our first month in our home. My partner and I have not had any time to thoroughly process this loss, and asking for help means we can finally come out of survival mode and get time to grieve and think of creative solutions for the future while locating a new job for Zora and housing for the whole family. Anything helps, and please don’t feel badly if donating isn’t possible. The emotional support of our friends and sangha have been priceless and irreplaceable during this time, and whatever comes next, I know we won’t be facing this difficult chapter alone.
