The TruckStop Robbery Relief Fund

Attention all Pig Tailz, Roll MKE, and Truck Stop FANS locally and Nationwide.

We need a little LOVE via dollars, and coming in for some of our award winning menu items.

It is with regret (and some other expressions not meant for this platform you will see below) that I need to ask for support of our business, established in 2016, that we bring to you all over the greater Milwaukee area. Yup, we made it through Covid, and you did too! At this point our success for the next decade depends on you!

Our goal is simple!

We have a need to recuperate 10k.

The reason we want your consideration and support:

Our Brick and Mortar location on Brady Street, (actually the corner of Brady and Arlington Place) was broken into and the thieves stole our entire safe from the premises.

Sadly insurance is not covering our entire loss. And we are not expecting to recoup anything from the investigation.

What you can do to help today:

Here are just a few of the overhead items we are working with our creditors on currently that we are looking to you to assist with.

The smaller donations will be applied to these and other things.

Fryer oil....did you know it costs 500.00 a month for oil and recycling of the same.

To go containers....yup, those little containers are about 1.00 each and we go through ALOT

The larger donations will be going for you, The Community. This is our largest concern at the moment.

Permits and vendor passes to bring our food trucks to you are being applied for now for the summer festivals. This includes all the reservation fees up front.

Did you know that it typically costs us a minimum of 250.00 just to be allowed to set up for you at the small events and range higher than 2000.00 for the larger events?

We want to be there to serve you our fans, it is simply what we love!

The last week and a half I have thought how are we even going to go on? Is this the end? How do we recover from this? So this is where you come in. If you Love PigTailz, Roll MKE and The Truck Stop we need a little spark from our great community to keep up the good fight and get through this. We are always looking towards the future. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on how this goes, we may be offering some pledge incentives. We plan on donating part of any extra funding right back here to the Brady Street community, which we have done historically and want to continue to do.

Please note we have the full support of the Brady Street Business Improvement District -BID #11. We are grateful for that. Please alloy this and keep Brady Street Strong!
