Hi, we're Transjectual, a UK gender-affirming care provider based in London.

Gender-affirming care in the UK is fragmented and slow. NHS waiting times for gender identity clinics can stretch to four to seven years, and while private care is faster, it isn't accessible to everyone who needs it, cost puts it out of reach for a lot of people.

The Transjectual Fund exists to close that gap. It's a ring-fenced fund that pays for part of the cost of procedures at Transjectual for people who can't cover full private care themselves, because access to care shouldn't come down to who can pay and who can't.

Every donation goes directly toward covering treatment costs for the people the Fund approves. The Fund is publicly governed, our oversight committee is named, and we're transparent about how donations are used.
