The Train Man

We recently met Robert & Judy selling their homemade woodwork items in the Walmart parking lot. They were extremely sweet, and we started to learn more about them. Robert makes all the items himself and is a hard worker. He told us that besides social security, this is their only form of income.

We visited their home, and Robert told us he does this now because Judy is starting to lose her eyesight, and she eventually won't be able to see. He said he is trying to save up enough money now, so that he can fully take care of her when that time comes. But with social security checks and the price of rent going up, it makes it hard to save up. They never once asked for financial help but did give us permission to share their story. They are aware we recently shared their business on Facebook and they have been nothing but grateful for the business they have received. But we wanted to do more!

Our heart is to help out Robert and Judy as much as we can, but we can't do it alone! If you feel led, please leave a donation for them. We know they would appreciate it more than you know!
