A beloved husband, father, son, and friend to many, Shane Evans, had an aortic rupture on Christmas Day. This emergency led to an almost 14-hour long surgery. Due to the extended time being under, he experienced severe brain damage resulting in no quality of life.

After being taken off life support, he passed peacefully at 8:30 pm on January 3, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Carr-Evans, his daughter, Jenna Evans, and his mother, Nicki Sommers-Bashor.

Due to this unexpected and tragic loss, his family is in need of support during this incredibly difficult time.
