The Toy Train Barn Museum support fund

Hello everyone,
Buck dreamed all his life of opening a train museum for everyone to come see, interact, teach and tell stories with and on December 15th, 2001, that dream came true after buying the family farm back and The Toy Train Barn Museum came to life. Over the last 20 years, the museum has grown and we have visitors coming all over the world to see us. As many businesses are hurting due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we find that we are also. As many of you know, we spent most of our 2019 season closed due to Bucks cancer diagnosis, appointments, surgery, and recovery, but we pushed through with all of your thoughts and prayers and had high hopes on a fresh start to the 2020 season. On a very positive note, one year after being diagnosed, scans shown the cancer is gone and Buck is in remission. We are very blessed for this! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers!
Then Covid-19 hit the world and we made the decision to stay closed being high risk after everything that has happened in 2019.

Mostly all of the income that we make each season keeps us going through the slow winter months, pays for maintenance, taxes, mortgage, heat, etc. and with being closed, we are suffering as well as many other small businesses by not seeing our friends and visitors. Many of the businesses around benefit from us being open and we send a lot of visitors to local restaurants and attractions.

We are sadly asking for your help in our 20 years of being open with donating to the Toy Train Barn Museum, your donations will help on improving for new wheels for the outside train, repair to the outside railroad due to the severe storms the has damaged track in spots  from 2019, maintenance and the other costs that come with the museum.

We have set a goal of $10,000 for this campaign in hopes to put new wheels on the train, repairs, and to help for hopefully a great 2021 season. While it would be great to make the goal or even surpass it, please know that any donation helps.

We could not have made this dream come true without all of your support and appreciate all of our friends and visitors and know everyone is hurting in some way. With your help, we will hopefully look forward to a great 2021 season and a grand reopening and seeing all of you again!
Thank you for your consideration
