The tooth, the whole tooth, nothing but the tooth

I'm in desperate need of a root canal! The tooth (bottom rear molar on the right side) has needed it for a few months at least, but I've had to tackle other problems first. Unfortunately now it's to the point where it's a pretty persistent, sharp distracting pain that at times ramps up to agony if I ever accidentally put any pressure on it!

Unfortunately root canals are not cheap.  I definitely don't have the money to take care of it myself, and don't get paid enough to get it taken care of in a timely fashion. It's already near untenable but I'm hoping for the best and trying to eat carefully to avoid exacerbating the situation. Any little bit helps and would be greatly appreciated by me.

I'm sure I could be persuaded to write a little something or do a little pencil sketch in thanks...that's about the best I can do!
