Help The Tomato Family Recover in Turkey

On behalf of the Star Citizen Community, I am asking for us to go beyond the verse and support a family who has given their all towards this project we all hold dear to our hearts.

Upon return to their home in Turkey, Space Tomato and his wife discovered water damage to their home, to include a mass of mold, and the loss of their PCs.

Funds will go towards health and safety (the removal of harmful mold), cost to restructure their home, and to replace their means of income (PC repairs).

Space Tomato is a content creator with 61.1K YouTube subscribers posting over 582 videos that we have all thoroughly enjoyed, and even committed to Star Citizen because of watching his production. On Beyond the Verse podcast, I have had the pleasure of hosting him, and he hosting me, and I cannot put into words the genuine friendship he brings. His love for the Community in unparalleled.

Let the community unite under one of the most prolific Star Citizen creators, and help the Tomato family through this turbulent season.

UPDATE [2/29/2024] - "Hey everybody, I just want to say thank you so much. When this week began we were in the worst situation we'd been in since beginning, and I really wasn't entirely sure how we were going to continue. This community really came together to support us, and it's given me a new appreciation for this group.

We are in a position to repair our PCs, furniture, and pay for services to help clean because of you. Unfortunately, though, we have no alternative living situation. So we will be staying in the lower unaffected areas of our house for the next 3 months or so. In the mean time we now have the ability to accelerate the final parts of our home here in Turkey which may be able to lower that 3 months to 1.

As of now, things are still in motion, we will be meeting with the land lord tomorrow to discuss plans. We also have placed an initial order for enough commuter parts to get my main gaming PC up and running by the weekend, we will then finish my streaming PC and Honey's editing machine.

I'm posting regular updates to my Twitter, and Mrs. Tomato is posting on Instagram. I am also providing occasional updates on discord and we will create videos to cover all of this as well. People need to know how amazing this community can be, thank you so again so much. I'll talk to you again soon." - Space Tomato
