The Three Peaks Challenge for Pupcakes

I think I was going through a mid-life crisis when I thought it would be a really good idea to sign up to the Three Peaks Challenge. Climbing the tallest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, a total of 27 miles (44km) and a total ascent of 9,800 ft (2990m) in 24 hours!

I roped in my friend Laura, who equally underestimated the extent of the challenge but now there is no going back and we are all set to climb on June 8th. This is undoubtedly going to be the toughest thing I've ever done, so to spur me on I've decided to raise money for Pupcakes.

This animal rescue centre is very close to my heart and specialises in rehoming dogs which would otherwise be put to sleep because of behavioural problems. All the money raised will go towards providing food and equipment for the animals and helping with vets bills.

I'd really appreciate any sum of money you can spare, no matter how small. In return I will let you know how I get on, if I survive.....!
