Hello Everyone!
Even after going through the insane unemployment process these past few weeks many of us didn’t receive any benefits from the government. So we’ve decided to reach out to you, our supporters, with the hope that you can help us in our time of need. Many of you have already contributed to our cause and we are so unbelievably grateful for every one of you. For those who haven’t donated yet, it isn’t too late!
As we all know, NYC restaurants and bars are closed and those of us who can find work doing odd jobs here and there are fighting to get by. There are still 30 of us who haven’t been able to catch a break, who are hoping for your generosity right now. We still need to pay:
-rent
-insurance
-all our other basic necessity bills
Your proceeds will go towards the employees from the two locations you probably frequented before the shutdown. We have been serving the Upper East Side for years and we look forward to continuing to do so after this is all over! We will keep you updated about when we will be reopening as soon as we know.
