My name is Wally Bornmann. I'm a Campfire Cowboy singer and storyteller. I'm also a writer and have self-published one book titled "Morning Musings." I'm seventy-one years old and living on a fixed income. When Covid-19 showed up the gigs I was doing at resorts in the area dried up and have not returned. What little savings I had has been depleted.
I've been working on a novel about what happened to the girl, Katie, in the song "Navajo Rug" written by Tom Russell and Ian Tyson for three years. The opportunity came for me to travel to some of the places that I'm writing about. Presently I'm doing research and writing the rest of the story. The funds that were graciously donated to me for this project are exhausted and so this is my request for help.
I need help with travel and lodging. Any amount will be welcome. With a donation of $50, I'll send you a signed copy of my book. With a $100 or more donation, I'll send you a signed copy of my "Morning Musings" and a signed copy of the book I'm presently working on.
Any contributions will be deeply appreciated. Thank you for your help.
