Hi, I'm Sandra the Neice of Vernie who has two grandsons with Muscular Dystrophy Duchenne. I would like to help Vernie with raising money, so they can purchase a Van to give Lucas (15 years old) and Ryder (12 years old) an equality of life.

I don’t wanna seem like im begging but I got a bit of a story, You see I have been born with muscular dystrophy duchenne which is a disability that effects every muscle and gets weaker over time which is guaranteed a early death by I believe 20to40 is the average age. U see i used to walk but i was obviously weaker then others and slower but that didn’t stop me from having fun and enjoying life until i fell down and hurt my foot which started the downfall of me walking and by the age of 9 i lost the ability to walk, And now I am in house almost full time I can’t even go to events and parades I even can’t go to the mall or go to Tim hortons for like a coffee with friends or family im still grateful for atleast being able to move around a little bit. That’s a bit of my story, But lemme talk about my younger brother who also unfortunately has the same disability as me he was able to walk and enjoyed himself but around I believe 11 he keep falling more often luckily he didn’t really hurt himself bad but it could of turned out like that so he and Nan and mom made the decision he should be in the wheelchair full time like me so he don’t hurt himself and well like me he can’t go see events parades or Go out to Tim’s, So please if you can spread the word it would be greatly appreciated Me and Ryder would be truly grateful if we could get some help
