ABOUT THE PROJECT

‘The Tales of Cantara Cabin’ is an upcoming anthology series consisting of six episodes, which will explore multiple different genres and stories, all set in the same log cabin. This series aims to bring a group of six young and upcoming filmmakers together to write and direct an episode each. By the end there will be six unique pieces of work, all following different narratives and characters with different tones and identities. The purpose of this project is to explore vastly different aspects of one location and how that location can become a character in itself that sees the triumphs, failures and lives of those who inhabit it over the years.

PRODUCER’S WORD

Our brilliant team of directors have developed and written six unique scripts over the past few months that explore several different genres and characters, unlike anything you’ve seen before. From the bleak blizzards of the Australian alps, to the endearing connection between generations, ‘The Tales of Cantara Cabin’ has stories many will fall in love with.

We’re so excited to bring this project to life and ensure this unique collaboration between these directors and young filmmakers is a memorable project for all to enjoy. A project of this scale requires substantial funding to help cover the costs of feeding the crew, building sets and much more. Every donation is greatly appreciated no matter how big or small.
