Hi Yogi Friends, 

As many of you know by now our favorite shore town, summer stomping ground, and/or full time home of Stone Harbor has once again weathered another nasty storm.  Sadly our friend, Stef, and her rocking yoga studio, SHY, known far and wide as a fave among yogis, did not fair well.  The extent of the damage is worse than in years passed, the studio will need a complete overhaul and will remain closed until further notice while the proper repairs can be made.  Stef pours her heart and soul into her students and the awesome yoga community she has created.  It is our hope that we can show our love and appreciation in return by giving what we can to help her through this stressful time both professionally and personally.
