The Strength of an Angel

This go fund me has been created to assist the Williams family of a true angel, Linda Williams, with funeral services and expenses.  Linda Williams was the true definition of a believer of God, compassionate, loving, caring, and selfless woman. Linda dedicated her life to being the most amazing wife, mother of three, grandmother of two, friend to all, and also a teacher who loved all of her students whole heartedly. Linda was angelic and loved by any and everybody that had the opportunity to either meet her once or know her for a lifetime. There are not enough positive quotes, words, or sayings to describe the beautiful woman that Linda was. Linda has truly been a fighter for a very long time and she would tell us all, that almost all of her strength came from the love of her family and the Lord. 

Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer in December of 2005. Linda, her family, and her friends could not believe this when it took place but what we all did know is; if anybody had the strength, courage, and the pure will to want to survive, it would be Mrs. Linda Williams. After Linda was originally diagnosed with breast cancer, she and her family immediately sought treatment. Linda began the uphill battle of breast cancer. With the strength within this small yet powerful woman, Linda was able to overcome one of the hardest fought battles human's may ever have to experience. Linda was considered cancer free in July 2006 after the dedicated doctors, support of family and friends, and the fight within her to live. Linda was able to go back to work as a teacher and live a happy life. Linda had been cancer free for nearly 12 years to date.

As of recent, Linda suffered from a few medical issues here and there but her will to live was more powerful than anything thrown in her direction. Linda began having some pain in her abdomen area recently and she was taken to the hospital to have it looked at. The news that was told to Linda and her family on June 11, 2018 was unthinkable. Linda and her family were informed by the medical staff that she suffered from cancer for the second time after being cancer free for nearly 12 years. Breast cancer returned for Linda and this time, the cancer was considered non treatable. Linda, being the woman she is, fought every second of each day after the diagnoses for now the second time. With great sadness and all of our condolences, Linda passed away on June 17, 2018. We all know that Linda is at complete peace now in Heaven and she will be watching down on us. This is not goodbye Linda, this is, we will all see you soon.

Please allow the Williams family time to grieve and to also remember all the amazing moments they get to cherish from such a wonderful human being. All donations are truly appreciated and will help to allow the family more time to plan the celebration of life for Linda Williams.
