First and for most we want to thank everyone for their condolences and prayers through this tough time. Danny Mateo was loved by many.  The family wants to thank you all for your support. As you all know this was a sudden loss in which many of us were unable to prepare in advance. Danny is leaving behind 9 children, 5 of which are under 13. So the family asks for your support to send Danny home and to ensure his minor children have what they need through this time. Danny unfortunately suffered complications due to a gastric bypass surgery he had years ago. I understand many rumors and stories are surfacing but we want to be transparent with everyone so you can understand the devastation we as a family are going through. A procedure he chose to have to be healthy has turned into the thing that took him from us.
