Dear friends and family,

Writing this comes easy because it’s in my nature to help. I’m hoping it may also be in yours. My cousin, Jennifer Chalette is fighting a battle with cancer, and the journey has been incredibly tough on her and her family. The treatments have taken a toll on her body, leaving her unable to work and care for her loved ones as she used to.

With the additional cost of injections required for her treatment that are not covered under the Ontario Health Plan, it has become an overwhelming financial strain to an already difficult situation. The mounting expenses are becoming unmanageable, and it breaks my heart to see her struggling. One person can only do so much, but many can make a positive impact.

Like her mother, Jen has always been there for others in their time of need. Offering love and support to those of us who were otherwise lost and without. Her good-hearted nature has always come naturally and without judgment.

My hope is, that you will hear these words and find a way to help support her. Together, we can alleviate some of the financial stress and ensure that she receives the vital care needed to fight this battle.
