On Monday 1/20/20, life changed for my
sweet niece and nephew, Olivia and Philip Stebbins when they suddenly lost their
Dad, Keith.  That morning their mom,
Gianna awoke to find her husband had
prepared a cup of coffee for himself that he never drank. He must not have been feeling well, sat down on the sofa and passed away from apparent heart issues.

Heartbroken, Gianna had to share this
devastating news with her son who was
still asleep upstairs and her daughter away at college.

Keith adored his children, affectionately
referring to them as “my girl” and “my boy,” always speaking these sentiments with a
smile on his face.  And he was extremely
proud of the path they have taken in life.

Olivia, a sophomore student athlete at
Brandeis University, is a
Biology/Neuroscience double premed
major with dreams to become a doctor.
She is a member of the Brandeis swim
team.

Philip is a senior at E.O. Smith High School and is a pitcher on the varsity baseball
team.  He has applied and been accepted to several colleges and is in the process of
making a college selection.  Philip plans to major in criminology and forensics.

Married for 20 years, Keith and Gianna
worked very hard to provide for their
children, over coming many financial
hardships along the way.  Now, Gianna
faces the insurmountable challenge of
solely providing for her children’s
education.

As a welder, Keith often found himself
between jobs as that is the nature of that
field of work, but when work was available he worked long days to make up for the
lapses.  A week prior to his passing, Keith
had found himself in one of those lapses -
he was unemployed at the time of his
death.

In addition, Gianna was recently let go
from her position as a property manager
and was in the middle of a job search when she lost her husband.  A testament to the
strong woman Gianna is, even with the
devastating loss of her husband, she went
through with a previously scheduled
interview, just two days after Keith’s death.

With both Gianna and Keith out of work
when he passed, Gianna needs help with
current monthly college payments for
Olivia and future college expenses for both children.  Having Olivia and Philip continue their education is important to Gianna as it was the path of his children which Keith
was so very proud.

A donation in any amount to The Stebbins
Children’s Education Fund will be greatly
appreciated during this extremely difficult time for the Stebbins family.   Thank you for your generosity in supporting Gianna,
Olivia and Philip.
