Steampunk Stampede is a free festival event bringing live music and variety entertainment to McAlester Oklahoma. Free Festivals still come with a high price tag and in order to present the very best we depend on sponsors and independent contributions from people such as yourself. The average cost of going to a movie and out to eat in Oklahoma based on a family of 4 is between &75.00 to $100.00 provided you go to a mid-range restaurant and does not include the cost of fuel.

Providing live entertainment at no cost allows families, couples, and individuals on limited incomes an opportunity to enjoy something other than surfing the internet or the TV channels with nothing on them. Steampunk Stampede offers a wide variety of activities so that everyone should be able to find something to do. Most importantly we promote live entertainment both musical and variety. We encourage those who attend to participate in our activities and not just spectators. Steampunk Stampede is here to be your modern-day circus as we want to give people of all ages, races, religions, and beliefs to escape the stress of day-to-day living.

Funds raised will be used to pay travel lodging and other related expenses and fees of our celebrity guests, live entertainment both musical and variety, advertising and media, Event Insurance, and other event related expenses. Our current budget sets at $20,000.00 and should we exceed this we will put funds toward our next featured event.
