In May 2026, I’m tackling the massive IRONMAN 70.3 Gulf Coast in Panama City, FL! That’s a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike, and a 13.1-mile run—all in one day.

I've committed to the intense training, but I need your help! Despite the ocean swims, miles upon miles on the bike, and the long runs, the hardest challenge will simply be being able to get to the start line. So that’s what I’m asking for.
