The Starr-O'Berski Family Needs Our Help

If you know this beautiful family, you love them. Chances are, your life has been made better by one or more (or all!) of these amazing humans. Robin has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Like many of the women in her family, Robin carries the BRCA1 gene. This means that her cancer is high-risk, and treatment must start immediately. While she does have health insurance, a large deductible must be met before insurance kicks in, and even then it won’t begin to cover all of her medical expenses. The necessary treatments will also affect her ability to work and lead to loss of income.

The money raised here will go directly to the Starr-O'Berskis to supplement Robin’s medical bills and help offset her loss of income. Every penny will truly make a difference for this family. While we have such incredible momentum going, I am planning to raise the goal amount each time we approach it. As we all know, there is no set amount of money that covers cancer treatment, and some of Robin's recommended treatments may not be covered by insurance at all. You are all amazing and generous people, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
