The Southerner-STL

We’ve always heard life can change in a matter of minutes, well it did for my dear friend Emily Matthes, yesterday.  Em is the owner of the Southerner food truck, if you’ve ever had her food, it’s delicious. Unfortunately, yesterday (6-01-18), her generator malfunctioned which caught fire and caused her truck to burn to the ground!!! Her food truck business is her only source of income.  4 years she’s beat the pavement to build her business and yesterday ended that journey.  We pray this is only temporarily!! There is insurance to cover the truck but not to cover her daily expenses in the meantime.  As we all know, life doesn’t stop with a tragic event and now is when we can do whatever we can do to help.
