Dearest Family, Friends, and Supporters,

Over the years, my passion for film production has grown, and I now exist as a senior at Ithaca College, with a full academic scholarship through the Roy H. Park School of Communications. I am excited and grateful to announce that I have begun the production process for my undergraduate Thesis Film titled, The Sister and the Brother.

At Ithaca College, Thesis stands as the culmination of my four years of film study and the foundation of my career in the entertainment industry. It is the class I’ve been eager to take since discovering Ithaca College. This project includes various expenses, including: location scouting, set catering, technical and equipment needs, as well as wardrobe and prop material.

I am looking to raise funds to finance this project; it would mean very much to me if you could help me and my dedicated team bring this film from idea to reality.

The Film

A gritty, stylized narrative of violence featuring two prodigal siblings who confront their abusive parents, and polarizing needs. This film explores themes of familial love, the spread of violence within the household, the struggles of neurodivergent teenagers.

I developed the original idea alongside my siblings, Nora-Simone and Keough. It is a story close to my heart, and represents a potent, creative and familial time in our lives. I am grateful to have the opportunity to take this from script to screen and create thought-provoking experiences people can feel.

Trusting Me

Over my academic and extracurricular career at Ithaca College, I have developed an understanding and love for the oversight and management of film productions. I am the creative director for two student organizations at Ithaca College where I have overseen the synthesis of photoshoots, video shoots, campus fashion shows, albums recordings, listening parties, and concerts. My meticulous organization makes me the right person to handle many moving parts, including monetary value. I have directed/produced on sets since 2022, tightening my workflow for each project. I understand that the mentioning of “student films” can be scary. Please be assured that my manic passion for the project will be the very thing that puts your donation in the right spot.
