The Sierra Family Needs a New Van

Hello everyone,
My name is Julian Sierra. I am a disabled person with Ulrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy. I live in Bridgport, Connecticut and I am 19 years old. My main way of transportation is through my families wheelchair accessible 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan that was helped funded by family friends. Unfortunately the Van has been giving us many problems, we need to take it to the garage for repairs often. This leads my family in a difficult spot where we know we need a new van but we can't afford to buy a new van for me to be able to get around with my friends or go on trips or to go to doctors appointments. We have a van that we saw recently at Ride-Away/Mobility Works which is a place that sells handicap accessible vans and also converts regular vans to be handicap accessible. This van is a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan which seemed to me to be the perfect van for my families situation. It would make me speechless and forever grateful for the people who decide to help my family and myself with this situation. I can't stand worrying about whether if I'll have transportation available when I want to go have fun and other things.
