Hey, I’m James.

My best friend, Shiloh, has been by my side through some of my life’s greatest highs and most difficult lows. Through it all, she has shown me what loyalty, compassion, and unconditional love truly mean and helped save my life in the process.

Because of her, I wanted to create something that honors the incredible bond between people and animals while also using my passion for endurance sports to help other animals experience the same love, safety, and happiness that Shiloh gave me.

I’m an avid runner who recently discovered a passion for cycling, and I’m currently training for my first Ironman triathlon. As the miles continued to add up, I realized I wanted my training and races to mean more than personal achievements. I wanted every run, every ride, and every finish line to create a lasting impact in the community around me.

That’s how The Shiloh Project was born.

How It Works:

For every $5 donated, I will complete one mile by running or cycling until I reach my goal of 1,000 miles.

Every mile represents another step toward giving animals in need a second chance. Every dollar raised will go toward supporting Tupelo-Lee Humane Society, local animal rescues, helping provide food, medical care, shelter, and other essential resources for those waiting to find their forever homes.

Whether you’re able to donate, share The Shiloh Project, or simply cheer me on as I train and race, you’re helping make a difference. Together, we’re turning every mile into hope, every finish line into opportunity, and every act of kindness into a brighter future for animals in our community.

Every life is worth the distance!
