*6/5/25 UPDATE*

My dad unexpectedly gained his angel wings on 6/4/25. This has been a sudden loss and although it was expected to eventually happen, we were not prepared to say goodbye this soon. We are devastated and so very lost at this point. Tomorrow (6/6/25) we go to the funeral home to decide arrangements, find an Urn, and see him one last time. Please if you feel compelled to donate, it would be greatly appreciated as all funds will now be used to cover expenses to cremate my father and an Urn. If you cannot donate please share. Our family is preparing for one of the hardest seasons of our lives. My dad will be coming home soon from Mission Hospital — not just being discharged, but coming home for however long he has left on Earth with us. As we prepare to care for him in the comfort of our home, we’re trying to raise funds to purchase a power lift chair that will help him move more safely and keep him comfortable.

This chair isn’t just a piece of furniture — it’s a lifeline. It will help my dad maintain some independence and dignity while reducing the physical strain on my mom while he is still able to be out of a bed. Unfortunately, she doesn’t receive paid time off, and the bills don’t stop.

We are hoping to raise money to help cover the cost of the lift chair and help with essential expenses during this incredibly difficult time for my mom and family. Any contribution, no matter the size, would mean the world to us. If you can’t donate, simply sharing this page is a huge help.
