On September 30, 2025, Meg and Richard Sheffer experienced an unimaginable tragedy — a devastating house fire that destroyed their home and everything inside. In a matter of moments, they lost not only their residence, but a lifetime of cherished memories, personal belongings, and irreplaceable keepsakes.

Thankfully, Meg and Richard are safe, but they are now facing the overwhelming reality of starting from scratch. The home they built with love is gone, and they need our help to begin rebuilding their lives.
