The Segerstrom Family

The Segerstrom's are an amazing family who are always there to support others. It is now our turn to support them, as Jeremiah has been diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, putting him in the hospital 4 times in the last 8 weeks. Jeremiah's family is preparing for his upcoming liver transplant.

This man of God & his family need the arms of their family, friends and church family to surround them as they navigate this difficult path. Please consider a meal, funds, or physical labor donation to help their family during this season. We praise God for this family, and their loving hearts.

The Segerstrom's are a large family and this support will help cover expenses for them as him and his wife go through hospital stays making it hard to be at work consistently. We would like them to focus on his health and their needs, and not have added financial stress.
