The Sebunia Family - Plum Home Explosion

Hi, my name is Emily Sebunia and I am one of the daughter’s of Kevin Sebunia, in addition to my younger sister Abigail. On August 12th, we tragically and suddenly lost my father to the home explosion in the Rustic Ridge neighborhood. This loss has been beyond devastating to myself, my mother, Kelly, and my sister in addition to the rest of our family and friends. While the loss has been weighing so heavily on all of us, we are also struggling greatly with the loss of our home. Currently, our home is condemned and there is no estimated timeline to when it may be inhabitable again. Day by day, we are trying to put back together the pieces of our life while navigating all of the complexities of this tragedy and displacement. On behalf of my mother, I am hoping to raise funds to help support her moving forward and to cover the many expenses we are faced with. We are now just realizing how costly this will be to our family and know the road ahead of us will be a very challenging one. There are many unexpected financial challenges we must now navigate that no one in life would ever anticipate they would experience.
