Stephanie Cordery

Missing since 5 August 2026

#KeepStephInSight

As the search for Steph enters the next phase, this campaign, originally created to help facilitate the initial search phase will be winding down and closed. As I had already printed cards with a QR code for this current fundraiser and attached to some handmade crochet items that have been sold to further help fund the search, the fundraiser will remain active for the next couple of weeks only.

The new fundraiser, created by Steph’s sister Monique, to support the next phase of the ongoing search can be found here:

Please go check it out and donate through that page.

I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for all of the donations towards this campaign.

THANK YOU!!

Our adored Steph went missing 12 weeks ago, 5 August 2026, and our determination and desperation to bring her home far outweighs the reluctance to ask for ongoing support.

Steph’s car was found abandoned on 5 August 2026 at Mt Nardi, Nimbin, with all of her belongings within.

Although official emergency search operations ceased after the first couple of weeks, ongoing ground searches by family, friends and volunteers have actively continued. Search Dogs Sydney have also travelled up with their specialist K9 and search equipment.

Unfortunately, to date, not a single sign of Steph has been found despite the amazing efforts by all.

Donations have gone directly towards the search for Steph including logistics, equipment, and supplies needed to facilitate the ongoing private ground search. As the search continues, further ground operations are being planned and additional avenues are being explored, including specialist search teams, aerial support and creating and printing of flyers and paraphanalia for broader distribution to maximise coverage across the region of her disappearance.

While the costs of these efforts continue to increase, our determination to find Steph and bring her home has not even slightly diminished, rather has increased as time goes on.

We remain extremely grateful for the incredible support of this campaign and every contribution helps to keep the search moving forward.

We kindly ask for you to continue sharing to not only raise funds but also to keep Steph's name and story in the spotlight.

TIMELINE:

Steph was last seen in the early morning of Wednesday, 5 August 2026:

5:00 AM: Last sighted leaving her accommodation in Ballina, Northern NSW.

5:30 AM: Her vehicle was seen travelling through Lismore.

Vehicle Located: Her car was later found abandoned in Nimbin, with her personal belongings inside.

This campaign has been organised by close friends with support of Steph’s family. Every dollar raised will go directly towards keeping the search active and bringing Steph home!!

Use of excess funds: Finding Steph currently remains our sole priority however, should any surplus funds remain once all search, logistical, and investigative costs have been resolved, 100% of the balance will be donated to mental health initiatives, missing persons charitable organisations, or used to directly assist other families navigating the search for their own missing loved ones.

Thank you all for your love, kindness, and unwavering support in helping us do everything we can to bring our girl home.
