Today the world said goodbye to a beautiful person. Kim’s courageous seventeen-year battle was met with humility, grace, acceptance, and faith. Against medical odds, Kim was determined to reach her children's milestones with them. Despite her illness, Kim stood by her children as they started school, received sacraments, and ultimately graduated high school. Kim leaves behind those three beautiful children – Rachel, Charlie, and Meghan. The "village" we live in has helped to support this family over the years and now they need us again. We are fundraising to help with the funeral, household, and education expenses. Kim's sister, Stephanie Carr, will receive and manage the funds for the children.
