Support the Scarlato Family

Hi everyone,

My name is Maria-Jose Bouey and I have the privilege of being friends with an amazing woman named Jessica Scarlato.

Over our 20+ year friendship I have first hand experienced the infectious love, joy and “joie de vive ” that Jessica brings to anyone and everyone’s life. This however is not limited to her, as she embodies the amazing upbringing her parents have taught her. They are her world.

Over the past year Jessica and family have faced truly devastating times. From the loss of the dear Mark Finiello, and Armando (Jessica’s brother) facing life threatening illness.

More recently Mrs Scarlato (Pina, Jessica’s mother) facing a battle for her life against cancer.

It has not stopped Jessica and family from continuing in their generosity and positive loving spirits. Taking life as it comes and fighting each battle with unwavering resilience and strength. Never stopping to ask for help, but always offering!!

The Scarlato family has not asked for anything as they continue to fight for Mrs Scarlato’s life. With medical visits, daily treatments, extended hospitalizations, and countless daily costs that come with a medical battle. Mr Scarlato, Jessica and Armando are providing unwavering around the clock care while also working and balancing schedules to ensure Mrs Scarlato is always cared for.

So I have decided to make a major ask, as I know they will not.

Please take a moment and consider giving anything you can, sharing with those who may want to support, and continuing in the example that the Scarlato family has shown us of generosity and support to help them during this time of need.

100% of the money raised will go directly to the Scarlato Family, with hopes of reaching this goal by April 1st!!!!

Jessica and family are currently unaware of this as they would not want anyone to fuss. So I ask you keep this shared privately and also keep it from them until we reach our goal!
