Our cat Ringo is currently being hospitalized for kidney failure after ingesting part of a Lilly flower. At first the Vet estimated he would need 48 hours of IV treatment, but due to the level of toxicity he needs more time on the IV. The prognosis is still good, so we are hopeful.

The hospitalization bills continue to rise with him receiving treatment and unfortunately we don’t have an extra few thousand to spare for this unexpected emergency. We know that times are hard for many people right now, but any amount spared would be much appreciated. If you don’t find yourself able to help, we are welcoming all good thoughts, vibes, and prayers sent in his direction.

Lastly, I would just like to spread awareness to everyone that owns a cat or knows someone that does - that Lily’s are extremely poisonous to them when ingested even in the smallest amount.
