Help The Santelli Family rebuild their Home & Life

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am raising money for my best friend's family.

Tragically and unexpectedly, the Santelli Family's residence caught fire late last night (2/7/2023), causing significant destruction in its wake. The fire ignited in the basement and worked its way upward, consuming the family's possessions and residence and inflicting considerable smoke, fire, and water damage to multiple floors of the house.

Due to the effort of firemen and first responders, the fire was luckily contained to one residence, yet sadly with one furry fatality. While we are unbelievably grateful that Albert and his wife, Vicki, were able to escape the blaze relatively unharmed; the same cannot be said for their beloved family pup, Teddy. A fluffy, happy and playful member of the family for almost a decade; Teddy will be greatly missed. May he rest ("ruff") in peace.

My best friend Kristin; her father, Albert; her mother, Vicki; and her sister, Jess, are looking at months, if not years, of turmoil and grueling work to put their life back together. They have no home to live in and will need to rent an apartment or condo for the foreseeable future while (what is left of) their house is hopefully salvaged. Their possessions, furniture, memories, etc. that they had in their home are all destroyed.

Anyone that knows the Santelli's knows what a supportive, caring and loving family they are. Their generosity and kindness regarding their family, friends and community speak volumes about what help they deserve in return from us. As Albert, Vicki, and the rest of the Santelli family mourn the loss of their beloved pooch, their home, their livelihood and their numerous possessions; we ask that you donate what you can to help support the Santelli family through this traumatic and devastating time.

The love and support everyone is providing this family with has made them indescribably thankful and appreciative of everyone's generosity and kindness.

The donations generously given to this cause will be transferred directly Mike, Kristin’s husband, so that he may handle the process of transferring and distributing funds to get Albert and Vicki the support they need.
