We are two former veterans looking to improve men’s mental health.
The network brings men together to share the coping mechanisms that have genuinely helped us to overcome trauma. These include martial arts, physical training, breathwork, meditation, and group-based techniques such as sharing circles and positive affirmations.
Our aim is to help men find their own path to healing by connecting with like-minded people and building a sense of tribe, belonging and brotherhood. Through shared experience and mutual support, the group helps men overcome past trauma, addiction, and isolation — empowering them to live happier, more content, and more connected lives.
This initiative is built on honesty, brotherhood, and the belief that men heal best when they don’t have to do it alone.
